Cancellation Policy

Booking with us is free — you pay on the day of the tour, in cash or by card. These are the terms behind that promise.

Free cancellation

You can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before the tour's start time by sending us a WhatsApp message. Since no prepayment is taken, there is nothing to refund.

Changes by the operator

The guide and operator may change or cancel a tour for weather, road or safety reasons. If a tour is cancelled by us, you owe nothing; where possible we offer an alternative date.

No-show

If you are not at the pickup point at the notified time and cannot be reached, the reservation lapses. As no prepayment is taken, no charge arises.

Price validity

Prices are shown per person, are valid for the current period and may change until your booking is confirmed. Prices in currencies other than GBP are calculated with daily exchange rates and may vary slightly from day to day.

TÜRSAB assurance

Tours are operated under Turkish travel-agency law by an agency registered with TÜRSAB (licence no. 2408). You can verify the licence via the TÜRSAB Digital Verification System link in the footer.
