Privacy Policy
This notice explains what data this website processes and where it goes. The site is operated by Marmaris Daily Tour (TÜRSAB licence no. 2408). Short version: we run no accounts, no analytics and no tracking cookies, and we store none of your personal data on our servers.
Booking requests
The booking form (name, e-mail, phone, date, number of guests, message) is not sent to or stored on our servers. When you press send, your own device opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message; from that point on WhatsApp's (Meta) privacy policy applies. We use the information you send solely to arrange your booking.
Hotel search
The pickup-area hotel search sends your typed query to the Photon geocoding service (komoot GmbH, Germany) to find the hotel's location. No account, cookie or identifier is attached; like any web request, your IP address is technically visible to the service.
Exchange rates
Prices in other currencies use daily European Central Bank rates fetched from the Frankfurter API. The request contains no personal data beyond the technically required IP address.
Local storage — no tracking
Your currency choice, a cached copy of exchange rates and your analytics decision are kept in your browser's local storage so the site works smoothly — they never leave your device. Beyond the optional analytics described below, we use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Usage analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
Only if you accept the analytics banner, we load Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and anonymised session replays. Clarity sets cookies and processes the data on Microsoft servers under Microsoft's privacy statement. If you decline, nothing is loaded. You can change your decision anytime via 'Cookie preferences' in the footer.
Guest reviews
The reviews section quotes publicly posted Google reviews verbatim, with reviewer names shortened. If a quoted review is yours and you would like it removed, contact us on WhatsApp and we will take it down.
Maps
The pickup map is a static image derived from OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). Viewing it sends no data to third parties.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) art. 11 and the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Since we store nothing server-side, this mainly concerns messages you have sent us on WhatsApp — contact us there or via the details on the contact page and we will honour your request.
