How do I book a tour?

Send us a WhatsApp message or fill in the booking form on the tour page. Booking is free and we confirm right away — no prepayment needed.

Do I have to pay in advance?

No — for tours and transfers you pay on the day. The only exception is the Marmaris–Rhodes ferry, which is paid in advance because of ticketing.

How does cancellation work?

You can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before the tour's start time with a WhatsApp message. Since no prepayment is taken, there is nothing to refund. Details are on our cancellation policy page.

Is hotel pickup included?

Yes — tours include free pickup and drop-off at hotels in the Marmaris area (Marmaris, İçmeler, Siteler and around). We confirm your exact pickup time with the booking.

Is there a discount for children?

On most tours children (typically ages 4–8) pay about half price and infants (0–3) join for free. Exact age ranges and prices are listed on each tour page.

How can I pay on the day?

Cash or bank card — Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Troy are accepted.

Are prices per person?

Accepted Answer

Tour prices are per person; airport transfers are charged per vehicle (up to 6 guests). Prices are set in GBP — amounts in other currencies use daily exchange rates and may vary slightly.

What if the tour is cancelled due to weather?

The operator may change or cancel a tour for weather, road or safety reasons. If we cancel, you owe nothing and where possible we offer an alternative date.

Do I need a passport or visa for Rhodes?

Accepted Answer

A valid passport is required for the Rhodes ferry — boarding is not possible without it. Depending on your nationality you may also need a Schengen/Greek visa; please check before booking.

How many people fit in a transfer vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Airport transfers are private, priced per vehicle: a Mercedes Vito or similar takes up to 6 guests with luggage.

Is Marmaris Daily Tour a licensed agency?

Yes — tours are operated under Turkish travel-agency law by a TÜRSAB-registered agency (licence no. 2408). You can verify the licence via the TÜRSAB Digital Verification System link in the footer.
